Personality (full moon): He has a soft spot for raw meat, eating it whenever it's given to him. That's the only trait that stays with him all month. The other traits only last a period of three days -- before the full moon, during the full moon, and after the full moon. He'll get a bit of insomnia, his libido will be harder to control, and he'll have a small addiction to biting.

FAMILY:
Family Members: The only family members that Bill knows about so far is Ginny and she's the slave of Narcissa Malfoy. There are others he considers family, such as Hermione and Esmond, but they aren't blood related.
Romantic Interests: He still misses Fluer and Hermione's interest in him is surprising, but not completely unwelcome.
Relationship With Family: Hermione and Esmond are the two he has the closest contact with. Hermione recently confessed her love and Bill is confused on that (though he doesn't have time to think properly on it). Esmond is his pet Crup and he feels closest to him than anything else, if only because he used to spend day in and day out for a year with him.


PAST:

War: Bill fought with the order since he came to London in Harry's sixth year. Later in that year, he married Fleur and the two of them lived happily, despite the war and his damaged face. Bill continued to fight on the front lines while Fleur had stayed back, helping behind the scenes.
After Harry died and Voldemort was forcing people to swear only to him, Bill decided to take Fleur and get as far away from England as he could. It was when he was en route to the Burrow to get his family when he and Fleur were caught and separated. Fleur was killed less than twenty-four hours later (or at least, he was told that).
Devastated, Bill could do nothing but allow himself to be cuffed and marked. Soon enough, he was in the hands of Lucius Malfoy as his slave. The only good that happened in his eyes was when Lucius fixed his face (since he didn't want an "ugly slave"). He stayed like that until 2002 when he finally managed to escape to Hogwarts, but he was never the same Bill again. His fang earring was gone, his hair was shorter, and he wasn't as lively as he used to be.


PRESENT:
Current Residence: Hogwarts Malfoy Manor
Summary of Events: Since he arrived at Hogwarts, he's been slowly moving back into the social life around him. He has dyed his hair so that if he goes out, he won't be as easily recognized, keeping it just the right length to hide his neck. He wears long sleeves unless by himself, since he feels ashamed and doesn't want people to question what his captivity was like.
But now he must go back. To help his sister and to help keep Hogwarts safe, he is willingly returning to the Manor and to Lucius.
